Return Policy
We offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact me at annmarie@italiasman.com. If your return is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact me for any return question at annmarie@italiasman.com.
Collecting Personal Information
When you visit the Site, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the Site, and information necessary to process your purchases. We may also collect additional information if you contact us for customer support. In this Privacy Policy, we refer to any information that can uniquely identify an individual (including the information below) as “Personal Information”. See the list below for more information about what Personal Information we collect and why. •Examples of Personal Information collected: version of web browser, IP address, time zone, cookie information, what sites or products you view, search terms, and how you interact with the Site. •Purpose of collection: to load the Site accurately for you, and to perform analytics on Site usage to optimize our Site. •Source of collection: Collected automatically when you access our Site using cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, or pixels. We use your personal Information to provide our services to you, which includes offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfillment of your order, and keeping you up to date on new products, services, and offers. •Examples of Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, PayPal, email address, and phone number. •Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services. •Source of collection: collected from you. •Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Wix, PayPal or other payment processing companies, and shipping companies.
Damages/Non-returnables/Exchanges
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact me immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / Non-returnable items Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. I do not accept returns on sale items. Exchanges All jewelry is one-of-a-kind and cannot be exchanged for a different length or color. If you are unhappy with the jewelry piece you purchased, it will be considered a return.
Ordering Custom Jewelry
If you are interested in having a piece of jewelry custom made for you or someone else (made per your requested stones/materials) or you would like to have a commission piece of jewelry (designed by me with my choice of stones/materials; please send your request through the Contact tab. Once a custom or commission piece is agreed to, there will be a fifty dollar ($50) non-refundable deposit required before the piece begins. Depending on the stones/materials needed/required to complete the piece, it can take up to two (2) months to finish. The deposit will be applied to the total price and the balance will be due at completion before it is shipped.

Shipping
Currently, I only ship within the United States. All purchases are shipped within 2 to 3 days of payment. All shipments are sent using Priority Mail.
